I like the fact they brought in a CEO with not only company turn around experience but REAL ESTATE holdings...

Peeps need to really think about this. If they utilize his expertise, real estate holdings are primed for a huge recovery and those assets will produce not only revenue but increase the asset value and the net worth of the company tremendously!!

No brainer here for me!
