It sounds like from your comments the previous regime was very transparent and told you everything about what was going on, so this should be an easy question to answer.

It was all forward looking statements with no follow-up for the year I spent with BFHJ while Carolina was President.. Never EVER heard a peep out of her. Carolina was flipper friendly at best, which is why I believe some want to hold onto her. They are not getting the action they want from Greg. They don't really care about the future of BFHJ, just an up-tick or two. Then bring it back down and play again. Thanksfully, that plan of attack doesn't work anymore. ATM closed when Greg took over.
