Interesting - you could be right, although both the words and the balance sheet in the 10Q are ambiguous to say the least.

But if you are right then the opposite question is equally apposite- why would Gilles Chaumillon - "ex"-CEO and well-known Pokemon character - forgive BISU $210,000 worth of debt?

Does he have pictures, or does he retain a substantial interest in the company even after "leaving" - a few million free shares perhaps?

Maybe he's the one paying for the current promotion campaign (which breaches the Securities Act of 1933 in that the payor remians resolutely undisclosed).

In any event Mr. Market knows exactly what to make of BISU, penny stock pimp promotion or not - at last count today it was down 17% at precisely 2 cents.
