I don't believe this to be a true statement..

They are doing their job,

They are spending way too much money, they are late with the WHE.. based on their original dates. They signed and announced contracts Most of which never produced what they said they would... OR when they would...

Share price is less than 50% of itw 52 week high. By all NORMAL and typical measurments they are NOT doing their jobs.

Although that isn't apparent to some here... However it seems VERY apparent to Shareholders who keep selling and selling at sub .15 prices and recently sold it down to .10!!


AND WE ARE NOW DOWN TO .12 Bid!! That is NOT doing their job.
