I opened a shop in Collier county FL which most call communist county due to all the red tape invloved. I was open in less than 45 days with all permits, occupational etc posted on wall. It does NOT take this long to open that piddly store in poor ville Fl. He wants that dilution to stay in his pocket because he can see there is not enough sales to get r done IMO.

My bad..that was suppose to be late summer. But either way, there will be an issue.
