How do you classify an individual as an insider? And do you know if they are buying or selling? PB

I don't recall an insider selling. I recall a big thing brought up about papers filed with intent to sell. Standard operating procedure in case deals got done I would believe. I don't recall any actual sales by insiders. I think this argument was already used up.
