as for dividend, if all goes per Solomon's plan, min 55c/sh in 2015 increasing to min 63c in 2013 and so on until 2025. So if you forget the divi pre 2015 and assume 60c per year starting 2015 until 2022 (10 years from today) to be conservative, that's 15k x 0.60 x 8 years =$72,000 :)
