Well, My vote is certainly "NO". I cannot imagine many shareholders who would want to vote yes - they are just trying to increase their control so they can siphon off more money. Being on the NASDAQ vs the Pinks has not made ONE BIT OF DIFFERENCE for us shareholders, so let's just be happy with the Pinks so it is really sitting on the exchange it should be sitting on. This POS has ALWAYS been a Pink stock, just incognito on the NASDAQ.
100:1 R/S will not be enough. And even if it's just enough when it's implemented it will bring the O/S count too low. So look for another huge pump b4 the R/S to make PPS go as high as it can go.
