Even if they, MKHD and GCS, have parted ways the LOI is still in effect. Since it has not been officially cancelled nobody is going to give up anything.

The question asked in my email was: Can you tell me why the PR announcing the Letter of Intent to merge with Mount Knowledge Holdings has been removed from the GCS web page? I'm not looking for any specific details but I would like to know if the "Intent" to merge is still ongoing or is this merger off the table.
