Just spoke to IR:

1) Current Status: OTCMarkets asked for additional clarification on the Elm Technologies Merger. Said it should be re-submitted today.

2) Nevada Status: He said this is already being dealt with - Nevada said it takes about 3-4 weeks to clear things up and more information concerning this will be PRed soon.

3) I will be getting the PPA offer soon and the address to the new office.
