cheyenne1, I'm with you as regards ending this shell charade that was concocted by Dennis M. with the willing participation of Phykitt, IMO. These scammers need to be put out of business by strong sanctions from the SEC. Other than a bunch of shareholders contacting the SEC with their accusations, I would think for them to open an investigation you would need to hand them documented proof of misinformation disseminated by the CEO. The PR'd lie from Phykitt as regards the Audit commencing that CPA in Florida is clear and evident proof, IMO. A signed affidavit from the CPA stating that he never contracted an Audit Engagement and infact tried to get Pharmstar to do a retraction would constitute documented proof. The SEC probably gets thousands of call ongoing with complaints about public companies. I don't think they actually follow-up until there is documented evidence that Securities Act Violations have occured. JMHO.
