Just goes to show you how easy it can be for anyone to start a company. You do not need cash these days. Just start the company and then You just issue shares to pay for everything. You need assets buy it with shares. You need to pay for services pay for it with shares. You need to pay your salary pay for it with shares. You need to pay for news releases pay for it with shares. Then you take on more debt and then sell shares to pay it off or issue shares to cover it. Then take on more debt and pay for it with shares. Am I the only one that finds it funny that the OS has gone from 2.5 million to over 100 million in a tad over a year and their cash on hand is actually negative now. Why is the company not selling shares to build up their cash on hand. They keep issuing more debt with more shares. Sell shares build up your cash and then USE CASH to pay for stuff. I mean just look at the amount of free shares they have given away in the last year to companies to pump the company or put out the PR's.
