All dilution was done through Private Placement on un-registered CERTS. The shares are not tradeable. Do your DD, and you would know that. How can they dilute 230 Million shares to the open market, on only 260 Million in volume?! Don't play dumb
Just because the O/S increased does NOT MEAN THE SHARES CAME TO MARKET.
You don't know what those shares were used for. Perhaps more private placement like the original 11. Perhaps in a share swap deal. Perhaps for services. You don't know that they were sold on the open market. The word dilute means two different things in trading and what you're implying is that they sold shares on the open market to raise funds. Well you don't know this is true and I don't know its false, but there are many other possibilities as to what it is. It's just easy for you to scream a certain word because you made a bad investment decision.
