Yes, there are some patients still alive today who receive joints each week from the government from a trial started back in the 80's (not sure of year). Life saving. Saw it on utube ...a floridian with a rare pain disorder still receives them. They stopped the program but the existing patients still receive them rolled joints in a packet by the government delivered each week! One day they 'll figure out it will bring them big revenue and save lives! No brainer...win win...ecept the pharmaceutical companies will want a hand in the pie. CBIS
