That's a cool link, sem - I bookmarked it. The Clear Span is circular, kind of an infinitely variable pitch. The DRMS poised the question, just in terms of feet, without any density. Without having to go look it up, (something like 10 or 12ft), I researched what the average total snowfall for Howardsville was and the two numbers were very similar. Of course, that was total, not accounting for the normal evaporation that happens during the seasonal melting cycles. (If they had 10 foot of snow on the ground in Silverton there would be pictures of it.)
