From my experience, the longer out you can get them the better. The 2.50 Jan 13 and 5.00 Jan 13 calls are your best bet if you think, like I do, that a partnership and/or great MOS data will be announced before then. If you don't think the stock will jump in the next few days I'd recommend sitting at the bid vs. chasing the ask. They usually get filled after a few hours. I'm long 300 2.50 Jan 13 calls.
