PaulQIII -----> You are correct. When a company contacts the EPA, they are given a list of independent companys that do the testing. HTI would submit all documentation and unit or units to be tested. After all the testing is done, then it would be submitted to the EPA. Therefor calling the EPA at this point is a waist of time.
