Why bother to pay for a PR?

If it was such a small order...why bother to pay for the PR given they have no money? Time for another round.

This is a material developement for Winning Brands, and the shareholders are to be informed of news of this nature. May not be huge in terms of revenue, but the first US government order is absolutely a material developement for the company.

It's not the size of the order....it's who ordered it!...it's the U.S. Government!...it's WNBD's first order with the U.S.Government....just the beginning IMHO....GEEZ...not bad for a "POS" penny stock, as some have referred to WNBD....eh?
