maybe if there really is fraudulent activity involved with PHAR some investors who sank alot of money into this stock will take Howard to court If this is really the case... If it can be proven that he deliberatley intended to mislead investors!!! ONA
If fraud can be proven then the corporate vale will be pierced and he really may after it is all over and done with ..have to work at wallmart to make ends meet!!! (all in my opinion of course!!!) -ONA
