Hey like your input so i will ask this. First according to sec NOLS are an attractive reason to Reverse Merge with a Shell, you do not need to be debt free to be a shell!! I did sell 4.5 millions shares back today at .0001 what i bought it for because that volume does look to be dilution! Still have some but if you know so much explain to me why this could not be pipe financing!!!! Share link if you could!!!!
