yeah, this is an quite the intriguing position.

no confirmation or denial.
rumours of a completed deal being announced during STX conference call at 2pm PT/5pm ET.

i will definitely be watching the AH action here to see if it gives any signs.

in the end, if no acquisition occurs it will probably end up providing us with more trading opportunities. and if OCZ drops below 4.50, buy buy buy (unless there is a recession coming).

OCZ long term looks good regardless of whether or not they are acquired.

Short term, oh yeah, STX conference call will signal a fast and furious move (i would imagine).
