Val does puts misleading dates ETC to maximize his dumpage onto the streets so IMO hes pretty slimy just like 98% of penny CEOs. Some folks here try and spin those facts to they have met him and hes taking care of the elderly. In the end ole val fits the stinky pinky bill.

why waste money on prs if there is nothing to say, not to mention, seems sometimes when he prd things, the peeps mentioned were bombarded w phone calls, not exactly what one wants to do to peeps he is working w

I can understand your frustration, I am right there with you and MAJOR and I mean MAJOR updside down on this stock ..........but FWIW I HAVE met the guy and there isnt a scammer at the helm here IMO....I could totally understand how many would think that due to the long series of events and prs - that record doesnt look good at all........there IS most certainly a hard working guy who has missed announced deadlines, sold into news and not gotten enough help apparently to reach our prd goals in a timely manner. IMO -I agree communication with shareholders sucks - imo he wouldnt get near as many emails and near as many phone calls if he for instance used his facebook page or O2 secure Wireless or Earthcomm web sites effectively - plain and simple. In the dark people dream up all kinds of conspiracies and rightfully so myself included . How about a few pics showing progress on the Palm Coast location (you know the one that doesnt exist ;), How about a few pics of "anything" going on in the DR , the staffed call center, a stack of O2 secure wireless debit cards , pictures of equipment purchased, pictures of inventory , etc. These specific issues are all easily fixable - but it hasnt sunk in with Val yet apparently that would appease people a little and make them feel a little more comfortable with their investments here .... By the way selling into news is a common practice / tactic is it not among public companies ...we allow Val to sell shares to keep things moving by virtue of the A.S. count. So I personally dont fault him for that - I have said it many times I would rather him go down spending than sitting around not doing jack sxxx and continuing to spiral down with no effort on his part at all - thats when you would REALLY need to worry . I still believe his intentions are pure but the execution has been ragged and disjointed at best......REALITY IS OTOW HAS ~440,000,000 shares to go so we are at the end of our rope here without securing financing or a RS - so by years end we will definitely know if this is a turx or diamond as we will simply have exhausted all our available funds IMO.....But I think the man is obviously making spotty progress. By the way : when I met him the one time ~ yr ago : I paid for my own lunch thank you so the idea that the guy is a wheeler dealer type "selling" people on otow from time to time with lunch dates to get favorable bulletin board posts etc is another bs fallacy -just isnt happening. My avatar shows an unopened OTOW store taken 7-21-12. If I have to spend 4.5 hrs driving round trip to see the retail location for myself and report back here I obviously dont have an "inside line". So I am angry like the rest here we are not further along -but the guy is still trying to get things rolling.
