Let me see if I understand the Lithium One/Galaxy buyout. Please correct any errors I may have made in my analysis below:

So Galaxy exchanged about 2 shares of their stock for each share of Lithium One. Since there were about 70M shares of LI outstanding and Galaxy is trading around $.50/sh, that means the deal was valued around $70M.

LI's primary asset is about 12,000 hectares in Argentina who's mineral value has been assessed at about $1Billion. Now I don't know if MMTE's land has had such an economic assessment, so I will just compare the number of hectares in MMTE's concessions with LI and get a value that way. According to the recent PR's, MMTE has about 28,000 acres in Chile or about 11,500 hectares. This is roughly the same as LI, so in conclusion, IF MMTE's land is as valuable as Lithium One's land, then MMTE's concessions would be worth about the same as LI's or about $70M. Based on this valuation, MMTE's fair market value, with 7.5 B shares outstanding would be about $.009; so, the next big question is as follows, "Is MMTE's land holdings as valuable as Lithium One's holdings?"
