hey GEM...just read your post...i was in GFMD last week..got out fri...someone posted that the NSOS was showing a request for SS increase i think 7/23/12...since they are not current it did not show...looks like they implemented some of that 2day

GEM...the state of incorporation of ALL companies is listed on otcmarkets.com and other places...a corporation has to be listed with a state...some use NEV , DEL , CA , FL and so on...GFMD is not current status on otcmarkets.com
