SO, worst case scenario for the now DTC NON-eligible stock ..... someone agrees to these handling fees and picks up 1 million shares at the low low discount price of .0001 for a cheap $100 then you tack on the max $700 and suddenly your purchase jumps up to $800. Your share cost becomes .0008. THAT my dear friends puts you at a INSTANT 87.5% LOSS not including buy and sell commissions to the broker since I don't know what each person pays. :)
