I agree with you but why did we have to hear it from Russian? Sorry there is no excuse for this. Am I supposed to count on Russian to give me important info. This is not a big deal but could have been prevented. If they use the additional shares to buy assets I am fine with that. I will say no more and this is certainly a good thing but not in the way it was presented to shareholders. They have given us info in the past and told us we would see an 8K soon and they could have done that with this.
