I buy and sell when it's time to buy and sell...I don't buy based on some randomly picked predetermined number...everyone though .09 was dirt cheap...well it sure got a whole lot cheaper didn't it?...like I said...I buy when I think it's time...and I don't care what the pps is when that time comes...
