just about all convertibles have been converted in last few weeks apparently, and Val did sell some shares as well, last wek to pay some bills, which will all be reflected on updated financials in due course, and while it beat the hell out of PPS, it also reduced overall liabilities, so no biggie in long run, so having a hard time following the trail of lies
