What you call hopeless speculation and fantasy others would call good DD! lol. The connection is James Beatty and the NOLs connection as well as MKHD and ASYI having the same legal firm Anslow & Jaclin (specialists in reverse mergers). :)

War, your post has all facts mind you and I have even stated, buyer beware ... However, I do know for a fact that there is something in the works with a merger between MKHD and GCS with Beatty at the helm, not to mention his close ties to Merus. I'm awaiting an email response from one of the key negotiaters in the MKHD / GCS merger and watching closely for new SEC filings. Yes this is all speculation up to this point, but i have followed W48's , Keech's, Tob999 as well as your DD, including my own and these people behind the scenes are not going bankrupt and the 28 million in NOL's will be taken full advantage of however the deal gets done.
