It answers some questions about when they can start the milling process. As I expected, it'll be summer 2013. Also we could expect more shares sold by the company to hire people for startup, because of a year without any revenue.

Well, my plan has always been that the mill is running before 2015... So we're on track!

Thanks for the article. I think the most interesting comment is from the County Commissioner Kuhlman. You get the local politicians behind you and things tend to happen. All critism and comments are in broad sunshine now. No ability to hide in delays and inuendos.

We need the state agency to think that the POW permit is good for Colorado, and the Denver Post has given a push in that direction.
