Would that be the same investors waiting since 2010, because that's when certified financial statements were first promised?

What about those investors waiting for verification of the purchase of a 200 employee public brokerage? Just like everything else, Herzog just throws it out to the public and then nothing.

You will never get certified or audited financial statements for this company. Never. Don't confuse a press release with what a CPA can or will do. Any CPA that looks at what this company has published will walk away.
