So, all complaints went to NASD & SEC, instead of down to local level in FL. Perhaps someone at NASD and/or SEC could forward those already-sent complaints down to Florida for their review?

Also, I'm trying to remember who went to get the filings of the restructuring before they were posted on the FL web site--does that person have GVRP/MAMG and live in FL? Somehow, we have to scratch our heads and see if we can remember any FL residents who posted way back in May/June/July, when posts were more numerous.

Sad situation, but if we band together, maybe we can make this a go? Seek out those FL residents (currently) stuck with MAMG shares!

If I had shared it earlier? I would say probably not, but now that I've posted contacts with phone numbers, I would encourage everyone to call and at least ask what's going on; don't be abrasive, though, just give facts and make sure you let them know you feel the new reorg attempt by MAMG is illegal, in your opinion...
