Well said Harold33272 and I agree with most of what you write except "And I give little weight to the current manipulation in the market because this is something that will have less impact on the stock if, again, the company can execute its plan in the long run."
I'll say it again; Overstock.com's revenue doubled but the PPS stayed stagnate. I just want Treaty to acknowledge it and possibly threaten it with an action.

Have you taken the time to read the article below. Good Sunday reading! Besides the article I've been involved with stocks first hand that have been under attack. Don't take the manipulation lightly. If not for manipulation we could be sitting at .15 right now. Maybe that is many shareholders price target. I am much longer than .15 but .05 is ludicrous.

Exactly. I haven't been in TECO as long as some, but I've been long for over a year. The amount of impatience on this board is staggering.
