Wow, if a company were willing to go to such lengths to deceive it's shareholders at an ASM no less they would really be opening up the door to prosecution.

Leaving absolutely no avenue for plausible deniability would seem to be a desperate move and hardly necessary since many here have stated that the major players have millions in the bank from previous stock sales...why would they do something like this?

Lawyer long..as you know many video hobbyist could make two phones do alsmot anything on film or video. However I don't want to lesson the value either of showcasing a product in video or film. The problem I have is we would show the product actually working. Yes it would be staged but it would be a very good demonstration of what it could do. And you would see it in an actual use.

So the only problem I have is did they show the device actually working or. Did they just video two people talking on a phone where it could have been any phone and then just show a data collection base etc.

Take the example of the two kids riding. I would have shown the 2 kids riding. Start there horsing around. Then cut to a shot of a mom holding the phone where you see in the foreground the face of the phone with the kids in the background on the ground. Have the kids stay there on the ground longer. It would he ok to make an edit for time purposes. Then see the phone light up or a message come to the mothers phone alerting something is wrong making sure we still see the kids in the background. I would also be OK with a split screen or picture in picture to do this.

Then I would do it again only this time the kid gets right back up and on is way and there for no message is sent.

For both scenarios I would add a live GPS tracking shot also composited over the scene or partial scene. so you would see movement and then no movement in scene one and only paused movement in scene 2.

Video is awesome to show what things can do. So my questionmagain would be did it actually show the device in use.
