But if as reported, it's a cash/stock deal, what's that mean? It'd be nice if were all cash, but that may not be the situation.

If you're seagate you wanna get this done now, it'll cost you a lot more to wait another year or so....If it's a move you feel necessary, then time is of the essence with a growing company like OCZ. With all that said, and all the signs having been apparent over recent weeks/months....no doubt they've been talking. Just a matter of the deal being good enough to pass muster.....
