The source of the funds to ramp of monster silk production must be coming from a 3rd party who has forced a confidentiality agreement on KBLB. I hold a substantial long position in KBLB but I am losing my confidence in the company. I view the opening of a production facility and a laboratory as a material event which should be revealed to stockholders.

The source of funding is CSC and there is no CA with them. The funding is very easy to find and see. Ask manshoon. He will show you every share and every penny.

As for the lab opening. It IS a material event and that is why it WAS ALREADY disclosed.


Transparency is not an issue here. The issues are from people who cant walk and chew gum at the same time and cant figure out that a lawyer can also be a business owner.

It really is possible to do 2 things at the same time.

If KBLB was not transparent they would not be fully reporting.

Again, I could not disagree with you more. Kim has to be careful of what he says and does. There are people/companies who would love to get their hands on what KBLB knows and on what they are doing. Thus, the secrecy.

You look at secrecy as a bad thing. I think of it as a good thing.
