The Gwyn and Schlesinger hires was announced last November, 2012. The PR link is below. Manipulation has occurred much longer than them coming on board. Maybe they have been successful in bringing in some funding i.e. the Warren group, etc. They sure as hell haven't done much to cure the manipulation. In quoting Reid; where is "the proper value for Treaty Energy shares"? I'm holding but very tired of being STROKED!
