It seems like by the time the third bottle sold they should have ordered another ten before running out and having to say to the customer its on back order or sold out. Seems a bit silly but GNC employees are paid through incentives.

RUSH ORDERS, by definition, are limited to a certain size.

The shipping for expedited orders is high and shipping costs are kept more reasonable if the order is under a certain size.

There is a definite calculation of reasonableness to rush orders and larger scale back orders would only exacerbate things.
