Yes, but I really believe she was just a gullible follower. I think she is nothing more than a spiteful child with delusions of grandeur. I don't think she ever had intentions of cheating anyone; however, no one can ever know what is in another persons heart.
I also think MT and Theresa were both used by Pedro to cheat investors.
They both took the fall while Pedro took the cash. No question that MT lived high on the hog off investors for a while, but in my mind, he did not intend to wipe out investors. I really think he wanted the PDR ex to work and that Pedro put the kibosh on the whole thing by refusing to fund the guarantees and then by calling MT a thief (which is highly believable). I guess we'll never know what was in his heart either.
Let's just hope that Jim and co. can help us get some of our money back.
