Well, I believe it is more likely that MEXP falls in the scam play category.

After all, MEXP does not seem be on the GSA schedule. Without that no one even knows they exist.

In addition, GSA, that wonderful bureaucracy under congressional scrutiny for awarding no bid contracts for their conference, is never going to give the keys to the GSA kingdom to a company that changes business plans as often as most change underwear. GSA is also not going to say "MEXP, come on down."

Maybe that's a 20,000 leagues under the sea play.

After that 100 million + dump today, following the 30 million dump yesterday, I'd call this a DUMPAGE play.

MEXP leaves a trail of carnage and stuckholders behind. Just think, anyone who bought $10k worth before the 1:500 RS (just over a year ago) has $1 left.

With that size DUMPAGE, I wouldn't be surprised to see ANOTHER R/S. Don't forget MEXP has a penchant for the really LARGE reverses, 1:500. They have NO respect for their shareholders.

Is this considered a Hurricane Play or a Government Play?
