Thank you , I just put it out there and tell it the way it is!

WGAS , after doing some quick DD , looks very interesting , did you read the July 20th 8K?

On July 19, 2012, Worthington Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from La Jolla Cove Investors, Inc. (“La Jolla”), pursuant to which La Jolla notified the Company that it was withdrawing the letter issued to the Company, dated June 14, 2012. The June 14, 2012 letter alleged that an event of default had occurred under the convertible debenture (“Convertible Debenture”) issued by the Company to La Jolla on April 30, 2012, that as a result of such event of default, La Jolla was accelerating the repayment of the Convertible Debenture and La Jolla had made a demand that the Company pay La Jolla $120,585.62. A copy of the letter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The above seems to be a win fer shareholders :-)

Share Structure looks good from the last "Q" , but the dilution since then , looks like some dilution is hurting WGAS pretty bad.

Common stock, $0.001 par value; 500,000,000 shares authorized, 103,056,505 and 64,699,621 shares issued and outstanding, respectively .

chart is so so , http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=wgas

Volume has been steady , BUT , if you look over the weekly, you will see the pps was about where it is now a few weeks ago , then the pps popped, and now with about the same volume daily , the pps is slowly decreasing. (shares entering the market)

To me, looks like WGAS was loaded by whom ever, then the momo started, the pps popped, and now possibly wgas is outta flava.

Just so you know, did even more DD fer WGAS , there is "toxic funding" that is never good , I would not have my money in WGAS , but that is not to say WGAS is not fer others.

Good bad or indifferent :-)
