I'm sure he did it to bring up the share price. He is selling a sketchers product and they are trading at 20 a share I don't think he wants his stock in the sub pennies . I'm hoping this is a big turning point with this watch deal and that we can profit from this but who knows

Dilute to who?,there is no one left to con out of his/her money.I have to believe it was to make the shareprice respectable to future licensees/partners,etc..or......I could be wrong
