It is tuff. That is why we leave it to the roughnecks. I don't know who is tuffer roughnecks of leathernecks.

The drilling is done by automated equipment. I assume it is no more difficult than a heavy equipment operator. Don't most states allow time off when the weather is too dangerous for heavy equipment operators.
Based on the past timelines; I doubt these drillers are working 24/7. Otherwise there would be many more holes.
