CNEP -.01 to .31 on volume of 115k ..... if you'd be disappointed with a buyout at $5, then I presume you're loading up at these prices ???? That would represent a more than 1500% gain from the current market price !
My guess is that this is another case of "going dark and screw the shareholder". They haven't bothered to communicate with shareholders since April and I don't think they ever will again. jmho.
