The MM's closed the bid, purposefully, and you already know that.
There are many of us who have attempted to purchase shares and can't, as our buy orders are coming up restricted. My brother just opened an account with another broker in hopes to purchase more shares, and guess what? Restricted too.

It's NOT dilution we are seein here. Blocks of .0001s that do not dent the ask blocks? Dilution is a simplistic and incorrect theory imo.

YEP! DILUTION has to have happened if not still happening. There were no large insider holdings prior to the past weeks of streaming shares flowing through the market so the obvious source would be from the MASSIVE 4.25 BILLION NEW authorized shares and the remainder of the PREVIOUS 1.5X increase of another 450 MILLION shares.

IF we get another 10Q in August I think it will be absolutely awful. If the company is on it's last gasps then why bother filing again, right? No merger news so it isn't looking very good for this company. They even said so in the last 10Q. Could be over soon.

The bid is eaten up by the massive number on the ask.
If somebody was to slap the ask for about 70M we might see a bid again.

I think that is the reason for no bid, Scottrade is actually showing a bid of .0001 for 5000 but the ask side is .0001 for 65.6 M+

It's going to take alot of ask slapping to change that.

I don't think we will get a 10Q next but I hope we do. More likely it will be a NT 10Q first or the form 15(d)to stop filing.
The NT 10Q and the 15 will let asyi hide the dilution for just a little longer.

The asyi train will tip over at the station if the 10Q is filed first in a timely manner.

Aug. 15, the asyi clock is ticking, tic toc tic toc.

On a refresh the ask side is down to 55.6 M+ GO asyi!!!
