I would have to say that the reason negative comments are made daily is for the purpose of education. There are problems with the company, the DD, the speculation etc and it would be unfair for interested investors to be denied access to such information.
Could the company close the doors and investors take a total loss? Yes it could. Is a reverse split possible? Yes it is. Is another share increase possible? Yes it is. Is the KoolTel deal completely dead? Could be! Triangle merger a falacy? May well be!

SOOOO many things that aren't all wonderful possibilities and sadly are a fact of trading life.

Why forget it? It's part of the company. I don't condemn the repeated "good" DD. I don't understand the complaints about information that isn't sunshine and roses.
