Why is MASSIVE DILUTION so hard to believe? The last 10Q proved the people right that were saying DILUTION in the first quarter. The company flat said they were DILUTING just to pay some debt and could be shutting down due to NO REVENUES. They jacked the authorized shares from 300M to 750M which was already a MASSIVE INCREASE OF SHARES considering the terrible situation that the company was AND STILL IS in. With a falling share price and still NO REVENUES the only way for them to continue is to DILUTE so the newest 4.25 BILLION SHARES could well be flowing into the market and DILUTING shareholder value by a incredible amount.
