They mentioned that a while ago. When they first looked into setting up a JV with LEDs America they had already dropped the calling card bit. I think there was an issue with the contracts with the Indian company. Some gov't corruption deal happened in the telecommunication offices in India. I don't know all the facts but I think it effected VPER.
