#18171 RE: sadee #18170

sadee - ask your self these inquiries and you will discern the validity of a statement such as CLYW suddenly going ballistic for no reason.

did QCOM's shareprice (pps) move before it was known that they owned the technology that all cellphones would be using (CDMA) ?

answer: no.

did MSFT pps move before it was known that the operating system they possessed was to be used in 80% of all desktops sold ?

answer: no.

did CSCO's pps move before it was embedded in the architecture and framework of servers ?

answer: no.

did DELL's pps move before they presented a concept, building your own personal computer and having it mailed to you, and it was embraced by the public ?

answer: no.

i could go on and on.

an event has to occur to move the companys stock. that event has to be fundamental or technical or a combination of both.

if no event occurs please answer what is the movitator of the pps movement? ambivilance ? uncertainty ? of course not,..it is positive investor sentiment confirmed by the companys making you, the investor, pleased with the companys progress.

sadee,...this is what a pumper does. they make statements that when thought through make no logical sense at all. the statements are based on greed,...making unfathomable profits out of thin air.

what is basically being said is CLYW patent/product is so powerful that they won't need to market it. do you see the ridiculousness of a statement like what was suggested ? QCOM, MSFT, CSCO, DELL all marketed themselves to the investing public.

sadee, think it clearly through and you will discern your own answers,..but i would wager is not what was suggested by an individual that made a statement that you are so wise to question.
