Absolutely dead wrong on a massive scale.

There are costs associated with preparing the free plastic for processing. That's what they're talking about.

They will buy feed stock if and only if it lowers their costs.

ROFL!!! That was from 2009. 2012 is no longer "initially" and they absolutely do NOT pay for any plastic.

Go to the recycling center. There is no cash register there. You can watch plastic delivered, free, with nobody giving the driver a check. lol
